General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the winbet platform and all services operated under it. By using winbet's website or mobile application, a user is considered to have agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

In this document, "Platform" refers to winbet's website, mobile application, and all related digital channels. "Member" refers to any registered individual who operates an active account on winbet.

winbet may update these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Membership and Account

To create an account on the winbet platform, accurate and complete information must be provided during registration. Each individual may operate only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, mobile number, and identity document details provided at registration must be correct. winbet reserves the right to carry out identity verification when required. Withdrawal access may be restricted until the verification process is completed.

2.2 Account Security

Each member is responsible for keeping their login credentials, password, and OTP confidential. Allowing a third party to use the account or sharing a password is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, winbet must be notified immediately.

The member is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account. winbet will not be liable for any loss caused by a third party.

Age Limit and Eligibility

A person must be at least 21 years old to open an account on winbet and participate in any gaming or betting activity. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.

winbet's services are only for individuals for whom using such a platform is lawful in their location. It is each member's own responsibility to be sure about the laws in their area.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

winbet runs various offers on a weekly basis and for special occasions:

• Weekly winbet Reward: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳200. Can be claimed once per week on any working day.
• winbet Weekend Blast: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳200. Available on the last two days of the week.
• Slot Festival Bonus: 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳6,000; wagering 25x; minimum deposit ৳200. For slot game players only.
• winbet Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,500; wagering 10x. Can be claimed once during the birthday month.
• Refer a Friend, Win with winbet: up to ৳2,000; wagering 12x. Awarded once for each successful referral.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Meeting the specified wagering requirements is mandatory before withdrawing bonus or promotional funds. A bonus given by winbet is not a substitute for cash; it is an additional benefit provided for use in gaming activity. Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts or any other fraudulent activity will result in account closure and cancellation of the bonus.

Gaming and Betting Rules

winbet operates casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming categories. Each category has its own operating rules, which are detailed on the relevant page.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, winbet will investigate and make a decision.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting may change in real time. A bet is confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment it is placed. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow winbet's established rules.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a network disconnection or technical error, winbet will verify the result of that round and settle accordingly. In such situations, the staked amount for a bet may not be returned automatically.

Prohibited Activities

If a member engages in any of the following activities, winbet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Bonus fraud or misuse of bonuses through any strategic means.
• Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to conduct gaming or betting.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Operating an account with a false identity or false documents.

Account Suspension and Closure

winbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in cases of security concerns, fraud prevention, or breach of these terms.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure by Member

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily must contact customer support. Please ensure the balance is withdrawn before closure; any funds remaining in the account after closure will be subject to review before a decision on return is made.

8.2 Closure by winbet

If a member engages in any prohibited activity described in Section 7, winbet may permanently close the account, in which case any claim for return of the balance may not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

winbet provides its platform on an "as is" basis. winbet will not be directly liable for any loss resulting from technical disruptions, server issues, or third-party errors.

winbet is not responsible for financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. Gaming inherently carries financial risk, and members use the platform having voluntarily accepted that risk.

winbet does not bear liability for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, device faults, or power outages.

Privacy and Data Protection
